Returns

OVERVIEW

Generally we do not offer returns and refunds for items purchased from us. Consider this before placing an order. Exceptions to this regulation must be explicitly agreed in writing and signed by both parties. For these exceptions our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SECTION 1 - REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

All refunds are processed with a 25% re-stocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days with a deduction of the 25% fee.

SECTION 2 - EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING

To return your product, you should send your product to: Letistna 5662 Dunajská Streda, SK 929 01, Slovakia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over EUR 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

CORE RETURN CONDITIONS

Last used condition with normal signs of wear and tear, e.g., inoperable but refurbish able replacement part.

The part has the part number plate, all parts can be found, the housing is undamaged, the degree of oxidation allows a refurbishment to a level we can accept.

We only take back parts from original vehicle manufacturers or original first installation parts as replacements and we do not accept aftermarket parts.

The following may also be rejected: damaged, cracked castings, previous any kind of deformation, unprofessional repairs, welding, gluing, machining or parts showing sign of heat shock (or we may be able to offer a reduced price depending on the individual assessment of our colleagues).

In the case of compressors, we are also unable to accept as replacement parts in the event of damage to the crankcase, connecting rod and crankshaft.

In the case of electropneumatic valves, if we are unable to establish standard communication with the electrical component, we will also not be able to accept it as a replacement part, crediting the previously paid replacement part surcharge.
