Engine Shortblocks

A SHORTBLOCK is a crankcase assembled with the crankshaft, pistons (oil spray nozzles), cylinder liners, conrods and bearings (each engines specifications may be different, therefore we always suggest to ask). Click for LONGBLOCK.

Normally the short block is supplied without any other components and as such is a ready-to-install component.

Our specialty is offering "Economy Short Block", which is a diesel long block built in our workshop with a used crankcase and crankshaft (all checked and machined according to factory standards).
All other components are brand new OE or OEM source. This enables us to make a competitive offer, yet ensuring highest quality standards and offering 12 month warranty.

Obviously, for those who wish we can supply all-new shortblocks as well and for certain engines types also complete engines (with all aggregates).

We remanufacture 300+ diesel engines yearly (mainly from trucks, busses, agriculture and earth moving machinery). Most common engine manufacturers are: Caterpillar, Cummins, DAF, Detroit Diesel, KHD Deutz, Iveco, John Deere, Komatsu, MAN, Mercedes, Perkins, RVI Renault, Scania, Volvo and Yanmar.
